1.

Outlaw Rogue Stat Priority

For raiding and Mythic+, the secondary stat priority for Outlaw Rogue is as follows:

Crit. Strike
Haste
Versatility
Mastery

The value of Haste and Crit are somewhat dependent on how much of it you already have. Crit starts losing in value once you reach ~40% Crit, while Haste drops off at around 20-25% once you reach the breakpoint for getting a 0.8sec GCD during Adrenaline Rush. While you generally avoid stacking stats on every single gear piece, you want to make sure you are close enough to these "breakpoints", as long as you do not drop itemlevel for it.

FAQIs there a Haste Cap for Outlaw Rogue?
You will want to aim for around 20-25% Haste. This is due to Haste affecting the GCD during Adrenaline Rush Icon Adrenaline Rush to some degree, up to a reduced GCD of 0.8 seconds. Once you reach this breakpoint, excess Haste has very low value.

Versatility is our best stat, but it diminishes quickly. Haste is only useful in order to hit the 0.8-second GCD during Adrenaline Rush Icon Adrenaline Rush, and you can easily reach this value from just a few pieces. You will likely want to prioritize Versatility and Critical Strike on many pieces, and take as much Haste as is unavoidable to get.

In-Depth Stat Breakdown

Agility is your primary statistic. You should look for it in all of your upgrades. It provides you with Attack Power, which determines the damage your abilities do.

Versatility is a flat-out damage done increase and damage taken reduction.

Critical Strike increases your chance to critically hit with attacks and deal double damage. It has some interaction with Improved Between the Eyes Icon Improved Between the Eyes, which deals extra damage when it critically hits.

Haste provides you with increased attack speed and Energy regeneration. Besides the base Energy regeneration, Haste gives you more Energy through Combat Potency Icon Combat Potency. Finally, you will have an increased number of Main Gauche Icon Main Gauche procs with more Haste. It lowers your Global Cooldown to up to 0.8sec, down from 1.0sec, during Adrenaline Rush Icon Adrenaline Rush.

Mastery increases the damage that your Mastery: Main Gauche Icon Mastery: Main Gauche procs will deal. This attack has a chance to trigger Combat Potency Icon Combat Potency, which increases your Energy regeneration.

Diminishing Returns on Stats

Every stat has a limit where they will begin to offer less increase per point gained, which are known as the points of diminishing return. Once you have reached these amounts, stats will become progressively less valuable and may fall behind other options. The current breakpoints are:

Stat 10% DR Rating 20% DR Rating 30% DR Rating
Mastery 1380 1840 2300
Critical Strike 1380 1840 2300
Haste 1320 1760 2200
Versatility 1620 2160 2700
